AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BODY TO BE KNOWN AS THE COMMISSION FOR TAXI REGULATION, OR, IN THE IRISH LANGUAGE, AN COIMISIÚN UM RIALÁIL TACSAITHE, TO DEFINE ITS FUNCTIONS, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ADVISORY COUNCIL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ADVISORY COUNCIL TO THE COMMISSION FOR TAXI REGULATION, OR, IN THE IRISH LANGUAGE, AN CHOMHAIRLE DON CHOIMISIÚN UM RIALÁIL TACSAITHE, TO DEFINE ITS FUNCTIONS, TO AMEND THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACTS 1961 TO 2002 AND TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTED MATTERS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
