WORKER PROTECTION (REGULAR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES) ACT, 1991


AN ACT TO EXTEND CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ACTS RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT TO EMPLOYEES WHO ARE NORMALLY EXPECTED TO WORK NOT LESS THAN 8 HOURS PER WEEK FOR AN EMPLOYER AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE, HAVE SO WORKED FOR NOT LESS THAN 13 WEEKS CONTINUOUSLY FOR THE EMPLOYER, AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
