AN ACT TO AMEND THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PROFESSIONALS ACT 2005 IN RELATION TO MEMBERSHIP OF THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PROFESSIONALS COUNCIL, IN RELATION TO THE RECOGNITION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS OBTAINED OUTSIDE THE STATE, INCLUDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF DIRECTIVE 2005/36/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL OF 7 SEPTEMBER 2005 1 ON THE RECOGNITION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
