Amendment of section 10 of Principal Act.

4.— Section 10(2) of the Principal Act is amended by substituting “a member of the Council or of any committee established by the Council under section 51 may be paid by the Council, out of funds at its disposal, such remuneration for performing functions under this Act” for “the chairperson may be paid by the Council, out of funds at its disposal, such remuneration for performing the functions of his or her office”.
