Amendment of section 44 of Principal Act.
10.— The following is substituted for section 44(1) of the Principal Act:
“(1) A person may appeal to the Court against a decision made by the Council under section 42B(4)(a)(i), 42B(4)(b)(i) or (ii), or 43(3)(a).”.
