AGRICULTURE, FOOD AND FORESTRY (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1993. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order, 1993. 2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry conferred— | ||
( a ) by or under the Acts specified in the First Schedule to this Order, | ||
( b ) under the regulations and orders specified in the Second Schedule to this Order, and | ||
( c ) under the Land Purchase Acts and, in relation to the Irish Land Commission, by the Ministers and Secretaries Act, 1924 (No. 16 of 1924), | ||
are hereby delegated to Liam Hyland, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. | ||
