I, BRENDAN SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 11 of the Dairy Produce Act 1924 (No. 58 of 1924) as adapted by the Agriculture and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2007 ( S.I. No. 705 of 2007 ), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Butter Exporting (Examination) (Revocation) Order 2008. | ||
2. The Butter Exporting (Examination) Order 1931 (S.R. & O. No. 44 of 1931) and the Butter Exporting (Examination) Order 1931 (Amendment) Order 1935 ( S.I. No. 83 of 1935 ) are revoked. | ||
