I, BRENDAN SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), hereby make the following regulations— | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Enforcement) (Revocation) Regulations, 2008. | ||
2. The following are revoked— | ||
(a) the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Pesticide) (Enforcement) Regulations, 1995 ( S.I. No. 135 of 1995 ), | ||
(b) the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Pesticide) (Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995 ( S.I. No. 183 of 1995 ), and | ||
(c) the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Pesticide) (Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998 ( S.I. No. 88 of 1998 ). | ||
