CIVIL REGISTRATION (FEES AND ALLOWANCES) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS 2007 | ||

I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (as amended by the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2002 (No. 8 of 2002)) of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1952 (No. 8 of 1952) and sections 3, 67 and 67A (inserted by the Civil Registration (Amendment) Act 2005 (No. 19 of 2005)) of the Civil Registration Act 2004 (No. 3 of 2004) and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Registration (Fees and Allowances) (Revocation) Regulations 2007. | ||
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 5 November 2007. | ||
2. The Civil Registration (Fees and Allowances) Regulations 2005 ( S.I. No. 768 of 2005 ) are revoked. | ||
I consent to the foregoing Regulations. | ||
