AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (WATER POLLUTION) ACT, 1977 , AND (IN SO FAR AS IT RELATES TO WATER POLLUTION) THE FISHERIES (CONSOLIDATION) ACT, 1959 , AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
