AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (MOTOR SPIRIT) ORDER, 1980. [1st July, 1980]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Confirmation of Order.
|
1.—The Restrictive Practices (Motor Spirit) Order, 1980 (S.I. No. 156 of 1980), made by the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972, is hereby confirmed.

|
Short title.
|
2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1980.
