186. In this Part— | ||
“appeal” means an appeal in accordance with section 187 ; | ||
“related decision” means— | ||
(a) a decision referred to in section 187 (1)(a), (b) or (c), or | ||
(b) a declaration referred to in section 187 (1)(d). |
