Transitional provision: register of approved centres | ||

265. (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commission may retain the information contained in the register of approved centres maintained under section 64 of the Act of 2001 for the purposes of performing its functions under Part 6 in respect of an acute mental health centre deemed to be a registered acute mental health centre in accordance with section 263 . | ||
(2) The Commission may retain the information referred to in subsection (1) for a period of 4 years commencing on the date on which this section comes into operation. |
