Amendment of section 25(1) and (4) of Act of 1994

25. Section 25 of the Act of 1994 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “A general partner” for “Every general partner”, and

(b) in subsection (4), by the substitution of “ ‘subsidiary’” for “‘associated undertaking’”, where it secondly occurs.
