Personal public service number — extension of provisions.

15.—The Principal Act is amended in section 223(1) (as amended by section 11 of the Act of 2004), in the definition of “specified body”—

(a) in paragraph (y), by deleting “or”, and

(b) by substituting the following for paragraph (z):

“(z) the Mental Health Commission, or

(za) such other persons as may be prescribed;”.
