AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE OIREACHTAS (ALLOWANCES TO MEMBERS) ACTS, 1938 TO 1996, AND THE MINISTERIAL AND PARLIAMENTARY OFFICES ACTS, 1938 TO 1996, AND TO AMEND THE COURTS (SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS) ACTS, 1961 TO 1995, AND THE COURTS OF JUSTICE AND COURT OFFICERS (SUPERANNUATION) ACT, 1961 .
