Director. |
9.—(1) Each governing body shall, with the approval of the Minister, from time to time appoint in a whole-time capacity a person to be the Director and chief officer of the college. | |
(2) The selection of the Director shall be a function of the governing body in accordance with the procedures, which shall include the composition of a selection board, determined by the Minister from time to time. | ||
(3) The provisions of the Third Schedule to this Act shall apply to the Director. |
