Amendment of section 168 of Principal Act.

10.—Section 168 of the Principal Act (as amended by the Act of 1980) is hereby amended by the substitution of “salmon, trout or coarse fish” for “salmon or trout”, and the said section, as so amended, is set out in the Table to this section.

168. If the owner or occupier of any eel weir takes or suffers to be taken therein any salmon, trout or coarse fish, such owner or occupier shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding £500.
