AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER PROVISION FOR THE PROTECTION OF A SPOUSE AND ANY CHILDREN WHOSE SAFETY OR WELFARE REQUIRES IT BECAUSE OF THE CONDUCT OF THE OTHER SPOUSE, AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER CONNECTED MATTERS. [23rd June, 1981]
