Amendment of section 6 of the Land Bond Act, 1934. |
1.— Section 6 (as amended by the Land Bond Act, 1978 ) of the Land Bond Act, 1934 , which provides for limitations on the creation and issue of land bonds, is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (1) of the following subsection: | |
“(1) The total amount of land bonds created and issued under this Act shall not exceed one hundred and five million pounds.” |
