RESTRICTED LICENCES CONVERSION FUND ACT, 1975


AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF THE ASSETS OF THE RESTRICTED LICENCES CONVERSION FUND. [23rd June, 1975.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Disposal of Restricted Licences Conversion Fund.

1.—The assets of the Restricted Licences Conversion Fund (established by section 27 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1960 ) shall be disposed of in such manner and for such of the following purposes, namely, the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of alcoholism and purposes connected with those purposes, as the Minister for Health, after consultation with the Minister for Justice, from time to time determines.

Repeal.

2.Section 27 (7) (b) of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1960 , is hereby repealed.

Short title.

3.—This Act may be cited as the Restricted Licences Conversion Fund Act, 1975.
