LANDLORD AND TENANT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1971

AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO REVERSIONARY LEASES AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO EXTEND, WITH EFFECT IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE 3rd DAY OF MARCH, 1970, RIGHTS UNDER THAT LAW TO A CLUB OR ORGANISATION USING LAND FOR OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES, TO AMEND IN OTHER RESPECTS THE LAW OF LANDLORD AND TENANT AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
