AN ACT TO INCREASE, WITH EFFECT FROM THE 1ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1959, THE PENSION PAYABLE UNDER THE MACSWINEY (PENSION) ACT, 1950 . [9th March, 1960.] | ||||||||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— | ||||||||

Increase of pension. |
1.—The annual pension payable under the MacSwiney (Pension) Act, 1950 , shall, with effect from the 1st day of August, 1959, be increased from five hundred pounds to five hundred and sixty-one pounds and sixteen shillings. | |||||||

Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the MacSwiney (Pension) (Increase) Act, 1960. | |||||||
(2) The MacSwiney (Pension) Act, 1950 , and this Act may be cited together as the MacSwiney (Pension) Acts, 1950 and 1960. | ||||||||
