AN ACT TO AMEND THE INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY (PROTECTION) ACTS, 1927 AND 1929, FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING AN INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT, SIGNED AT NEUCHATEL ON THE 8th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1947, FOR THE PRESERVATION OR RESTORATION OF RIGHTS OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY AFFECTED BY THE SECOND WORLD WAR.
