Detention of aircraft. |
16.—(1) The Minister may by order provide for the detention of aircraft to secure compliance with the Chicago Convention or any order made under this Part or any regulation made or direction given under any such order. | |
(2) The references, in sections 64 and 65 of the Principal Act, to the Principal Act shall be construed as including references to this Act. |
