AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) ACT, 1939.


AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER AND BETTER PROVISION IN RELATION TO THE PURCHASE AND SALE (INCLUDING EXPORT) OF EGGS BY WAY OF TRADE, WHETHER WHOLESALE OR RETAIL, AND FOR THE REGISTRATION AND CONTROL OF PERSONS ENGAGED BY WAY OF TRADE IN PURCHASING, SELLING, EXPORTING, PRESERVING, OR OTHERWISE DEALING IN EGGS, AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR DIVERS MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [17th February, 1939.]
