	Load line rules.	39.—(1) The Minister shall make such rules (hereafter in this Act referred to as “the load line rules”) as appear to him to be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of Articles 6 to 10 of the Load Line Convention and Annex I and Annex II thereto.
		(2) Such of the load line rules as are made to give effect to Part II of Annex I to the said Convention are hereafter in this Act referred to as “the conditions of assignment.”
