Definitions. |
1.—In this Act— | |
the expression “agricultural grant” means the agricultural grant referred to in section 48 of the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898 , as adapted by or in pursuance of any subsequent enactment; | ||
the expression “county council” does not include a county borough council; | ||
other expressions have the same meaning as in the Local Government (Ireland) Acts, 1898 to 1919. |
