Meanings of words used in this part of this Act. |
19.—(1) In this Part of this Act the word “court” has the same meaning as it has in the Registration of Clubs (Ireland) Act, 1904 , save that the word “court” shall, for the purposes of applications for the grant of an original certificate of registration of a club under the Registration of Clubs (Ireland) Act, 1904 , as amended by this Act, mean the Circuit Court. | |
(2) All other words used in this Part of this Act which are also used in the Registration of Clubs (Ireland) Act, 1904 , have the same meanings in this Part of this Act as they respectively have in that Act. |
