CLUBS.

Meanings of words used in this part of this Act.

19.—(1) In this Part of this Act the word “court” has the same meaning as it has in the Registration of Clubs (Ireland) Act, 1904 , save that the word “court” shall, for the purposes of applications for the grant of an original certificate of registration of a club under the Registration of Clubs (Ireland) Act, 1904 , as amended by this Act, mean the Circuit Court.

(2) All other words used in this Part of this Act which are also used in the Registration of Clubs (Ireland) Act, 1904 , have the same meanings in this Part of this Act as they respectively have in that Act.
