TREATY OF PEACE (HUNGARY) ACT 1921

CHAPTER 11.

An Act to carry into effect a Treaty of Peace between His Majesty and certain other Powers. [12th May 1921.]

Whereas, at Trianon, on the fourth day of June, nineteen hundred and twenty, a Treaty of Peace with Hungary, including a protocol and declaration annexed thereto, was signed on bahalf of His Majesty:

And whereas copies of the said Treaty have been laid before each House of Parliament, and it is expedient that His Majesty should have power to do all such things as may be proper and expedient for giving effect to the said Treaty:

Be it therefore enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
