Savings as to criminal lunatics, &c. 49 & 50 Vict. c. 25.

340.—(1) Save as in this Act otherwise expressly provided this Act shall not extend to criminal lunatics.

(2) This Act shall not affect the provisions of the Idiots Act, 1886.
