22. Notwithstanding anything contained in the forty-eighth section of the Land Law (Ireland) Act, 1881, to the contrary, any person aggrieved by a decision made on a question of law in proceedings under this Act may appeal from such decision to the Court of Appeal in Ireland. . . .
