Provisions of 21 & 22 Vict. c. 27., and of 25 & 26 Vict. c. 46., to apply to this Act.

42. All the provisions with reference to the assessment of the amount of damages, or the trial of questions of fact, by or before the High Court of Chancery in Ireland, which are contained in the Chancery Amendment Act, 1858, or the Chancery Regulation (Ireland) Act, 1862, shall apply to the assessment of damages and the determination of questions of fact by or before the Chancery Division of the High Court as constituted by this Act or any judge thereof, anything in this Act to the contrary notwithstanding.
