CHAPTER V.

An Act to amend the Law relating to the Registry of Deeds Office, Ireland.[1] [19th March 1875.]

1. . . . no regulation, order, or direction mentioned in section thirty-five of the above-recited Act shall be in force until the same shall have been laid forty days before both Houses of Parliament while in session, and if either House within that period resolve that the whole or any part of such regulation, order, or direction ought not to be in force, the same shall not have any force, without prejudice nevertheless to the making any other regulation, order, or direction in its place.
