For recovering calls against shareholders residing in Scotland.

164. Provided always, that if any shareholder residing in Scotland shall fail to pay the amount of any call made upon him by the company in respect of any share held by him, it shall be lawful for the company to proceed against him in Scotland, and to sue for and recover the amount of such call, or to declare such share forfeited, in such manner as is by “The Companies Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act, 1845,” provided in regard to shareholders of any company in Scotland.
