S.I. No. 303/2015 - Valuation Act 2001 (Application to Commissioner) (Fees) Regulations 2015.

I, BRENDAN HOWLIN, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4(2) of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) and the Finance (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 418 of 2011 ), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001(Application to Commissioner) (Fees) Regulations 2015.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 20 July 2015.

2. In these Regulations “Act of 2001” means Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001).

3. There shall be charged by the Commissioner, in respect of an application referred to in column (2) of the Schedule, the fee set out in column (3) opposite the mention of the application at a reference number in column (1).

4. The fees set out in the Schedule shall be payable as follows:

(a) in the case of the application referred to in column (2) at reference number 1, within 30 days of the issue by the Commissioner to the applicant of a request for payment of the fee;

(b) in the case of the application referred to in column (2) at reference numbers 2 and 3, on application.

5. (1) The Valuation Appeal (Fees) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 63 of 2002 ) shall be revoked on 1 January 2016.

(2) The following shall be revoked on the coming into operation of these Regulations:

(a) the Valuation (Revisions and New Valuations) (Fees) Regulations 2004 ( S.I. No. 381 of 2004 );

(b) the Valuation Act 2001 (Revaluation Appeals) (Fees) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No. 54 of 2007 ).
