S.I. No. 63/2002 - Valuation Appeal (Fees) Regulations 2002


I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 7 of the Valuation Act 1988 (No. 2 of 1988) hereby making the following regulations:

1.         These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Appeal (Fees) Regulations 2002.

2.         The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Commissioner of Valuation under sections 19 and 31 of the Valuation (Ireland) Act 1852 of a class mentioned in column (1) of the Table to this Regulation shall be the amount specified in column (2) of that Table opposite the mention of that class.

3.         The Valuation Appeal (Fees) Regulations 1996 ( S.I. No. 417 of 1996 ), as amended by the Euro Changeover (Amounts) Act 2001 (No. 16 of 2001), are hereby revoked.
