APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND SCIENCE) ORDER 2008

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th September, 2008.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Education and Science, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Education and Science) Order 2008.

2. Ms. Deirdre McDonnell, of the Department of Education and Science is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Education and Science, with effect from 30th May 2008.
