PHOENIX PARK ACT 1925 REGULATIONS 2008.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th September, 2008.

I, MICHAEL F. MURPHY, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9(2) of the Phoenix Park Act 1925 (No. 31 of 1925) hereby make the following Regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Phoenix Park Act 1925 Regulations 2008.

(2) The Interpretation Act 2005 (No. 23 of 2005) applies to these Regulations.

2. Motor cars, carriages, carts and other vehicles and horses shall not—

(a) enter the Park through the gate known as the Islandbridge Gate.

(b) exit the Park through the gate known as Chapelizod Gate.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations provide that motor cars, carriages, carts and other vehicles and horses shall not—
