I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving further effect to Regulation (EC) No. 304/2003 of 28 January 2003 1 , hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Industrial Chemicals) (Enforcement) (Revocation) Regulations 2008. | ||
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 15 July 2008 2008. | ||
2. The European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Industrial Chemicals) (Enforcement) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 395 of 2002 ) are revoked. | ||
