APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISERS (MINISTER OF TRANSPORT) ORDER 2008 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th April, 2008. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Transport) Order 2008. | ||
2. Each person specified in the Schedule, particulars of each whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport on 15 June 2007, is appointed as a Special Adviser to the Minister for Transport with effect from 15 June 2007. | ||
