VALUATION TRIBUNAL (REVALUATION APPEALS) (FEES) REGULATIONS 2008

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th February, 2008.

I, BRIAN COWEN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4(2) of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Revaluation Appeals) (Fees) Regulations 2008.

2. In respect of an appeal under section 34(1) of the Valuation Act 2001 to the Valuation Tribunal against a decision of the Commissioner of Valuation to allow or disallow an appeal to him or her under section 30 of that Act in respect of a property to which section 19 of that Act relates, the fee to be charged in respect of a category of valuation of property mentioned in column (1) of the Table to this Regulation shall be the amount specified in column (2) of that Table opposite the mention of that category.
