Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, WILLIE O’DEA, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Defence (Amendment) Act 2007 (No. 24 of 2007), hereby make the following order: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Defence (Amendment) Act 2007 (Section 70) (Commencement) Order 2007. | ||
2. The 24th day of September 2007 is appointed as the day on which section 70 of the Defence (Amendment) Act 2007 (No. 24 of 2007) comes into operation. | ||
