I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 2006 (No. 26 of 2006), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2006 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2007. | ||
2. The 10th day of September 2007 is appointed as the day on which section 132 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006 (No. 26 of 2006) (in so far as it relates to the insertion of section 76A(1)(c) (as amended by section 16 of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2007 (No. 26 of 2007)) of the Children Act 2001 (No. 24 of 2001)) shall come into operation. | ||
