CONSTITUENCY COMMISSION (MEMBERSHIP) ORDER 2007 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th June, 2007. | ||
The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 8(3) of the Electoral Act 1997 (No. 25 of 1997), hereby directs as follows:- | ||
1. This order may be cited as the Constituency Commission (Membership) Order 2007. | ||
2. As on and from the 1st July 2007, Ms. Geraldine Tallon, the successor in office to Mr. Niall Callan as Secretary General of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, shall be a member of the Constituency Commission established by the Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order 2007 (S.I. No. 174 of the 26th April 2007). | ||
