I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directives 2007/7/EC of 14 February 2007 1 and 2007/12/EC of 26 February 2007 2 , hereby make the following Regulations— | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) Regulations 2007. | ||
2. (1) The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) Regulations 2006 ( S.I. No. 654 of 2006 ) are amended, in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for— | ||
(a) the definition of “Cereals Directive”, of— | ||
