Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in “Iris Oifigiúil” of 9th March, 2007. | ||
I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 43 of the Broadcasting Act 2001 (No. 4 of 2001) and the Broadcasting (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 299 of 2002 ) (as adapted by the Marine and Natural Resources (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 307 of 2002 )) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Teilifis na Gaeilge (Establishment Day) Order 2007. | ||
2. The day appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 6 of the Broadcasting Act 2001 (No. 4 of 2001) is 1 April 2007. | ||
