AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE ROADS ACTS 1993 TO 2001, THE TAXI REGULATION ACT 2003 AND CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACTS 1961 TO 2006 AND TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTED MATTERS.
