Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment) Order 2006

The GOVERNMENT, on request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1.           This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment) Order 2006.

2.           The person specified in the Schedule to this Order is appointed as a Special Adviser to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment with effect from 29 September 2004.

Christopher Mannion, Cloncullen, Ballymahon, County Longford.
