I, Mary Coughlan, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision 2005/933/EC1 of 21 December 2005, hereby make the following regulations - 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Imports from Russia) (Amendment) Regulations 2006. 2. The European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Imports from Russia) Regulations 2005 ( S.I No. 669 of 2005 ) are amended by - | ||||||||
(a) the substitution, for the definition of “Commission Decision” in regulation 2(1), of - | ||||||||
“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision 2005/693/EC2 as amended by Commission Decision 2005/740/EC3 and Commission Decision 2005/933/EC';”, | ||||||||
